Page Text DEPOSITS A minimum cash deposit of twenty-five dollars will be required on all GRAVELY PREFERRED DELIVERY PLAN orders. The only exceptions to this will be Federal, State, County and Municipal Governments; Institutions; Industrial Plants; Railroads, etc. Your payment may be made directly to the Dealer and your check or other payment may be made to his order. However, it should be understood that when deposits are made payable to the Dealer, the Gravely Motor Plow & Cultivator Company will not be responsible for your deposit. If you desire that the Gravely Motor Plow & Cultivator Company hold your deposit and be responsible for it, then your check or other payment must be made payable to the order of the Gravely Motor Plow & Cultivator Company.
